This page explains, in plain terms, what IntactSynth does with the information you share through this website. It is a placeholder draft pending review by counsel.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, company, work email, the industry you select, your described use case, and (optionally) your current data stack. We also keep standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) for security and operations.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to support that relationship. We do not use this site for advertising and we do not run third-party analytics or trackers.
Who we share it with
No one. Contact-form submissions are delivered to Onur Kahveci's inbox and are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, then we delete it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing onur@intactsynth.com.
The product itself
IntactSynth, the software, runs on-premise inside your network. It performs no telemetry and sends no data to us. This privacy notice concerns only this marketing website.
